Discovery Phase
By understanding employers’ culture, business landscape and objectives, we apply a specific, inquisitive customer focused values set, while ensuring we understand the matters that are important to each employer. Our specialists will achieve a comprehensive understanding with onsite visits to the employer and meetings with key contacts such as hiring managers, human resources and department leaders.
Qualifying Phase
During this phase, we actively recruit professional women who are committed
to their careers and will ultimately enhance a company’s bottom line. We
are not looking at the typical résumés who respond to job board mediums,
but instead we are gaining critical competency and skill set requirements
to help us determine an employer fit.
Connection Phase
Employing a multi-layered, standardized process, we carefully and selectively
match your talent and skill set with the specific needs of the employer.
It is essential you also compliment the company culture. In this phase you
participate in interviews with the potential employer. We prepare you for
dialogue with the hiring authority and coordinate the interview.
Follow-Up Phase
